Support work with the time to do it right
We roster to the participant, not to the minute. That means longer shifts with fewer clients, a named care manager who answers the phone, and training that is paid rather than expected on your own time.

Why here
Most support workers leave because of the roster, not the work. We built ours to be the reason people stay.
Consistent placements
You are matched to a house or a small group of participants, not sent somewhere new every shift.
Rosters two weeks out
Published fortnightly, with swaps handled by a coordinator rather than a group chat.
Paid training
Manual handling, medication, PEG and epilepsy modules are paid at your ordinary rate.
A manager who answers
Every worker has one named care manager. On-call is staffed by someone who knows the house.
Career steps that exist
Team leader, care manager and clinical pathways are filled internally first wherever we can.
Kilometres reimbursed
Travel between clients is paid, and vehicle allowance is above the award rate.
What we look for
Experience helps. Temperament matters more.
We have hired retail workers, chefs and new graduates who turned out to be excellent support workers. We have also turned down people with a decade of experience. The difference is usually patience.
You explain things twice without changing your tone.
You write a clear shift note, because the next worker relies on it.
You hold a Certificate III, or you are willing to start one with us.
You have a driver licence and comprehensive insurance.

The offer
What comes with the job
Pay is set under the SCHADS award, above the minimum classification for staff who hold a Certificate III or higher.
Nothing open that fits? Send it anyway
We hire continuously across Werribee, Melbourne's west and Western Sydney. Expressions of interest are kept on file for six months and checked first when a shift opens.
- Phone screen within a week
- One interview, no panels
- Shadow shift before you commit
